Bank of The Bahamas Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our Operations team as a Business Support Officer.

The incumbent processes commercial deposits and currency shipments, verifies daily cash balances, handles ATM cassettes and night deposits, resolves transaction discrepancies, and ensures strict compliance with bank regulatory standards.

The incumbent oversees the bank's AML/CTF/PF frameworks and regulatory compliance, investigates suspicious transactions, manages regulatory relationships, and leads employee training and team development.
