This position, reporting to the Group Head of Card Services is responsible for the timely execution, completeness, and accuracy of all accounting and financial functions for Card Services across Bermuda and the Cayman Islands.

The HR administrator manages end-to-end payroll, benefits, while serving as a key system administrator for SuccessFactors and providing HR reporting, record maintenance, and project support to ensure operational compliance.

The incumbent manages a client portfolio as a trusted advisor, ensuring technical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency while driving business growth through personalized service and effective management of fiduciary processes.

Reporting to the Trust Manager, the Trust Administrator will work as part of a successful team to service both ultra-high net worth and high-net worth clients.

The incumbent manages trust control and financial crime fiduciary reviews, ensuring regulatory compliance, developing risk mitigation processes, overseeing quality assurance testing, and providing leadership to the Trust Control team.

This position is responsible for performing and leading assigned financial, operational and management audits, assessing risk and the adequacy of internal controls as well as ensuring that all Bank policies, laws and regulations are observed.

Reporting to the Assistant Vice President, Premium Banking, this role provides administrative assistance to the Premium and Retail Banking Team.

This position reports to the Assistant Vice President, Credit Recoveries, Credit Risk Management, and is responsible for minimising credit loss and managing debt recovery from delinquent accounts.
