The incumbent manages corporate client relationships, processes banking transactions, assesses credit risk, and ensures compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirements.

Reporting to Assistant Vice President, Consumer Credit, this role is responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of loans and mortgage clients and for meeting or exceeding sales targets.

This position is responsible for assisting customers in all of their general retail banking requirements, either by completing their required transactions or by referring them to other departments when specialized services are needed.

This position is responsible for the efficient daily operation of a full-service banking centre in accordance with the Bank's objectives, providing a superior level of customer service and promoting a sales and service culture.
