The incumbent directs client onboarding and financial crime investigations by analyzing suspicious activity, managing regulatory reporting, and providing compliance advisory to ensure data quality and adherence to AML/CTF standards.

The incumbent provides legal advice on corporate and banking law, manages regulatory compliance and corporate governance, liaises with external counsel, and supports board meetings and documentation.
