The incumbent oversees talent management, retention, and succession planning, training, and culture initiatives while providing data-driven recommendations to strengthen organizational effectiveness and workforce engagement.

Manages and optimizes client investment portfolios by assessing risk, implementing asset allocation, selecting financial instruments, conducting analysis, ensuring account administration, and supporting business development and strategic planning.

The incumbent maintains professionalism, processes client transactions accurately, promotes bank products, resolves concerns promptly, and ensures end-of-day balancing while supporting cross-training and operational efficiency.
