The incumbent develops competitive card products, implements product strategies and policies, tracks industry trends, and manages vendor relationships to drive revenue growth and market competitiveness.

The incumbent processes HR documentation, supports payroll and benefits administration, maintains employee records, and provides general administrative support to the department.

This position is responsible for the efficient daily operation of a full-service banking centre in accordance with the Bank's objectives, providing a superior level of customer service and promoting a sales and service culture.
