The incumbent manages a personal lending portfolio, oversees a small team, supports product development and marketing, ensures high customer service standards, and deputizes for the AVP when needed.

Provides administrative support for trusts and companies, liaises with professionals, processes transactions, manages accounts, reviews statements, and ensures compliance with AML, ATF policies, and relevant regulations.

The Country Compliance Officer oversees Butterfield’s Bahamas Compliance function, ensuring adherence to laws and policies, and manages internal disclosures and reporting to the Financial Intelligence Agency.

The incumbent leads regional treasury operations, managing liquidity, FX, and money market activities within regulatory limits to optimize profitability, support strategic initiatives, and ensure effective risk and relationship management.
