This position is responsible for the effective management and administration of a portfolio of complex trusts. The Incumbent must exercise reliable judgment in the interpretation of trust deeds and develop/preserve client relationships.

The incumbent maintains a positive disposition, processes transactions and deposits within limits, balances cash daily, resolves client concerns, promotes bank products, and ensures professional conduct.

The incumbent will participate in strategic planning, consulting and execution of product marketing campaigns, communications and promotions to meet the business objectives of a portfolio of departments.

The Corporate Secretary ensures regulatory compliance and good standing for entities by managing corporate records, facilitating board meetings, handling statutory filings and transactions, and providing expert advice to support client relationships.

Reporting to the Human Resources Business Partner, the HR Coordinator will provide support in the areas of recruitment, due diligence, orientation, and HR administration.
