The incumbent prepares economic assessments, briefings, presentations, and publications, compiles and processes data, develops databases, and supports the preparation of the Country Strategy and related analytical work.

Provides technical and operational leadership on climate change and sustainability in the Dominican Republic, managing programs, advising government, coordinating financing, building capacity, and implementing climate-resilient projects.

The incumbent provides IT support for IDB personnel in Trinidad and Tobago, maintains infrastructure, assists with new initiatives, and ensures accurate operational documentation.
