The objective of the consultancy is to provide support, coordination and guidance on all matters pertaining to the Housing and Urban Development sector in the country.

The Consultant will support the Blue Economy Unit (BEU) from the Ministry of Blue Economy and Disaster Risk Management (MBEDRM) in the implementation of the Technical Cooperation (TC) BL-T1145.

As Procurement Consultant, you will support the Executing Agencies and IDB Project Team Leaders in the project’s design, implementation and closure, as well as in their efforts to strengthen their fiduciary systems.

Supports the Team Leader in planning, monitoring, and reviewing project operations, ensuring compliance with risk, procurement, and financial guidelines while assisting in fraud prevention, reporting, and project closure activities.
