Provides technical and operational leadership on climate change and sustainability in the Dominican Republic, managing programs, advising government, coordinating financing, building capacity, and implementing climate-resilient projects.

Supports transaction origination, structuring, and closing with financial institutions; conducts financial and risk analysis; participates in due diligence, negotiations, and industry research; and prepares related reports and presentations.

Leads SMC business plan execution in the RCB Region, overseeing capital allocation, project approvals, transactions, partnerships, regulatory dialogue, team management, and business development across public and private sectors.

The incumbent provides IT support for IDB personnel in Trinidad and Tobago, maintains infrastructure, assists with new initiatives, and ensures accurate operational documentation.
