Working closely with Sector and Fiduciary Specialists, the Senior Analyst ensures effective project cycle aligned with IDB Strategy, policies and country development priorities.

The incumbent reviews key documents for evaluability, provides guidance on development effectiveness, and supports knowledge generation and training.

The incumbent supports HR strategy implementation, budget monitoring, accounting functions, and administrative operations while coordinating events and ensuring policy compliance for the Country Office.

The incumbent performs independent credit risk assessments for complex infrastructure and corporate finance transactions, provides risk mitigation recommendations, monitors portfolio quality, and supports recovery efforts for troubled assets.
