The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support services to the Enterprise Risk Management Unit and liaise with internal and external stakeholders on matters relating to the energy, transport and telecommunications sectors.

The Executive Secretary manages all administrative and communication tasks for the Energy Division, including correspondence, scheduling, meeting coordination, document management, and maintaining office systems and supplies.

Under the direct supervision of the Director 3, Public Procurement the Senior Public Procurement Officer researches information on prices and procures goods and services requested by the various Departments.

The incumbent reviews and verifies all payment vouchers for accuracy, compliance with regulations, and proper documentation before approving them for entry into accounts payable.

The incumbent coordinates international cooperation for science, energy, telecommunications, and transport by developing agreements, managing databases and events, liaising with stakeholders, and supporting the Ministry's international engagements.

The Corporate Planner is responsible for co-ordinating the Corporate Planning process of the Ministry and its Agencies, consistent with the Ministry’s Strategic Objectives and monitoring the implementation of the Corporate Plan.
