The officer supports communications planning, manages and evaluates MoFPS social media strategies, coordinates campaigns, creates content, monitors trends, engages stakeholders, and assists with events and publications.

The Quality Review and Verification Analyst is responsible for reviewing/ verifying decisions relating to procedures, policies and claims, utilizing their knowledge of policies, acts and legislation to help minimize the risk exposure of the Ministry.

The officer develops and manages the Ministry’s internal policy framework, coordinates policy reviews, ensures compliance with data protection requirements, and prepares reports to support corporate governance and accountability.

The incumbent develops and implements compliance and quality frameworks, monitors data protection, conducts risk-based reviews, advises management on corrective actions, and prepares reports to support governance and accountability.

The incumbent supports the Ministry’s public relations strategy by developing and executing PR plans, managing media relations, organizing events, preparing speeches, monitoring public opinion, and fostering stakeholder engagement.
