Under the general supervision of the Senior Asset Monitoring Officer, the Asset Monitoring Officer works as a part of a team supporting the operational Asset Assessment and Disposal business processes, procedures, and systems in the GOJ.

The incumbent administers GOJ bonding strategies, manages training award agreements, provides policy advice to stakeholders, conducts awardee interviews, processes waiver and appeal requests, and maintains computer database records.

The incumbent assists with ECM system administration, user training, troubleshooting, and document verification, while managing database permissions, testing software updates, scanning records, and generating statistical reports.

The incumbent drives public awareness and advocacy for RAD, conducts market research to inform decision-making, and engages tax authorities and the public to foster trust in the tax system and achieve strategic objectives.

The incumbent develops HR analytics platforms, dashboards, and data capture mechanisms to forecast GOJ workforce needs, interrogate HR data models, evaluate risk factors, recommend policy updates, and align talent management with strategic goals.

The incumbent leads branch M&E activities, oversees the Performance Monitoring Plan, conducts evaluations, builds stakeholder capacity, and utilizes performance analytics to guide strategic decision-making and donor compliance.

The incumbent participates in developing the GOJ Asset Disposal Management Strategy, oversees multi-channel asset sales and quarterly auctions, and ensures institutional compliance with legal and statutory disposal frameworks.

The incumbent gathers and analyzes HR data across recruitment, performance, and retention, leverages HR software and business intelligence tools to generate actionable workforce insights, and supports strategic planning for the GOJ and MOFPS.

The incumbent collaborates with stakeholders to develop workforce planning frameworks, conducts research to analyze and forecast public service supply and demand gaps, and implements talent management interventions for the MOFPS and broader public.

The incumbent leads the public body governance framework, drives legislative and policy reviews, provides advice to Cabinet and Parliament, monitors compliance and fiscal risks, and manages stakeholder consultations and budget data integration.
