The incumbent develops and maintains software applications, analyzes business requirements, troubleshoots technical issues, and stays current with ICT trends to deliver effective digital solutions.

The incumbent supports network infrastructure by implementing policies, deploying hardware, monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining documentation to ensure reliable operations.

Under the general direction of the ICT Security Manager, the ICT Security Officer is responsible for monitoring and maintenance of the organisation’s ICT security systems, as well as providing assistance in the security management function.

The Business Analyst is responsible for conducting analysis of functional business processes and functional business requirements and participates in the development of business cases in the support of process changes and/or ICT projects.

The Manager, Network Administration oversees network operations, monitors performance, troubleshoots issues, evaluates new technologies, and analyzes data to improve network reliability and availability.

The Application Development Manager plans, coordinates, and supervises the design, development, and implementation of software applications and information systems, while maintaining and upgrading existing systems.

The ICT Security Manager oversees all cybersecurity operations, manages IT risks, implements security policies, and ensures network protection and business continuity for the organization.
