The International Trade Relations Officer has the responsibility, to conduct research and administer the system of relief provided for under the CARICOM Trade Agreement, whilst ensuring that revenue is safeguarded.

Under the direct supervision of the Director 3 – Public Procurement, the Senior Public Procurement Officer researches information on prices and procures goods and services requested by the various Departments.

The incumbent guides enterprise risk management philosophy, develops policy, advises stakeholders, monitors risk maturity, drives culture change, and aligns frameworks across government entities.

The incumbent provides technical assistance to develop M&E frameworks and indicators, produces timely reports, integrates lessons learned, and ensures continuous improvement of programme quality and outcomes.

The incumbent promulgates IS audit standards, trains internal audit units, oversees audits, recommends areas for review, and guides implementation of computer audit applications.

The Senior Director leads monitoring and evaluation of public investment projects, tracking progress, identifying issues, recommending solutions, and overseeing pre-investment activities and budgets.
