The incumbent manages MOFPS’s records and information programme, ensuring compliance with GOJ policies, overseeing the full records lifecycle, and maintaining timely, accurate, and secure access.

The incumbent leads internal and external communications, public relations, and social media strategy for MoFPS, advising senior leadership and managing media responses and communications staff.

The incumbent advises on tax laws and reforms, evaluates technical tax issues, supports policy alignment, negotiates on behalf of the GOJ, and contributes to the development and implementation of tax strategies.
