The incumbent is responsible for assisting with the development and management of the performance of the Ministry’s policies, programmes and projects to ascertain the attainment of established objectives and performance standards.

The incumbent manages calendars, meetings, and filing systems, supports projects, maintains branch workflow, prepares minutes, and implements improvements to enhance the Branch’s efficiency and effectiveness.

The incumbent monitors and evaluates physical health infrastructure initiatives, applies financial models, advises executives, refines M&E frameworks, and ensures alignment with MoHW’s strategic plan and service delivery goals.
