The incumbent manages commitment control and cash allocation by monitoring budgets, maintaining control registers, analyzing expenditure trends, and preparing weekly and monthly financial risk and outstanding commitment reports.

The incumbent coordinates the mobilization of medical resources and field medical posts, focusing on Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) protocols and PPE distribution to ensure effective emergency medical services and acute care response.

Under the general direction of the Director, Monitoring and Evaluation, the incumbent is responsible for designing, analysing and interpreting the epidemiological data collected from field surveys conducted island wide.

The incumbent manages the daily administration and operations of the Waste Treatment Facility, coordinating procurement, budgets, and stakeholder relations with health authorities and line agencies to achieve program objectives and targets.
