The incumbent coordinates mobilization, distribution, and IPC measures for acute medical care, focusing on field posts, PPE management, and emergency medical response under the direction of senior leadership.

The incumbent is responsible for assisting with the development and management of the performance of the Ministry’s policies, programmes and projects to ascertain the attainment of established objectives and performance standards.

The incumbent manages calendars, meetings, and filing systems, supports projects, maintains branch workflow, prepares minutes, and implements improvements to enhance the Branch’s efficiency and effectiveness.

The incumbent monitors and evaluates physical health infrastructure initiatives, applies financial models, advises executives, refines M&E frameworks, and ensures alignment with MoHW’s strategic plan and service delivery goals.

The incumbent coordinates staff training activities, manages applications and funding, liaises with institutions, processes approvals, and ensures timely communication and reporting to relevant stakeholders.

The incumbent coordinates HIV and PrEP audits, ensures accurate data collection and reporting, monitors treatment sites, and supports implementation of treatment, care, testing, and programme activities in line with guidelines.
