Under the general direction of the Director, Monitoring and Evaluation, the incumbent is responsible for designing, analysing and interpreting the epidemiological data collected from field surveys conducted island wide.

The incumbent manages vaccine procurement and inventory, prepares program reports, monitors cold chain compliance, and updates the vaccination tracking system.

The Senior, Industrial Officer will be responsible for processing claims made by Trade Unions and Staff Associations on behalf of employees in the Ministry of Health’s Head Office and Regional Health Authorities

The incumbent applies economic analysis to health planning and policy, reviews costs and research, provides technical advice for negotiations and donor engagements, and prepares cabinet submissions on health-related issues.

The incumbent manages monitoring, evaluation, and data systems for the HIV/STI/TB program, supports research and reporting, provides technical guidance, and assists in capacity building for staff and stakeholders.
