Under the supervision of the Property Manager, the Maintenance Officer ensures the maintenance and cleaning of the building and environs of NFA’s compound, inclusive of the property boundaries.

The incumbent directs the CEO's executive operations by managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings, and overseeing confidential information systems while facilitating critical communication between the board, staff, and external partners.

The incumbent directs administrative and secretarial support for the legal division by coordinating meetings, conducting legal research, and managing confidential databases while drafting documents and ensuring Access to Information Act compliance.

The incumbent directs records and information management by designing vital records programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading technical research while developing strategic policies and training to optimize departmental data integrity.
