Under the direction of the National Librarian, the Executive Secretary provides secretarial and administrative support to the Office of the National Librarian, to ensure the smooth operation of the Executive Office.

The Web and Graphics Designer is responsible for designing implementing and maintaining the library’s web presence as well as designing graphics for promotion of the library’s services and resources.

Under the direction of the Preservation and Conservation Manager, the Senior Restorer is responsible for preservation and conservation of library material in keeping with international standards.

The incumbent ensures that all payments are prepared correctly and promptly and to maintain documents related to payments in accordance with the Financial Administration and Audit (FAA) Act and NLJ guidelines.

Directs and manages the documentation, organization, and access of Special Collections resources.
