The Records Manager develops and implements the library's records management policy, oversees classification, retention, disposal, and digitization, ensures compliance, manages mail services, and maintains security and confidentiality of all records.

The Manager, Special Collection manages the acquisition, preservation, organization and access agenda for library’s rare and unique collections, using techniques that ensure the collection is sustained for current and future generations.

The incumbent leads cybersecurity, develops the IT strategic plan, manages the library's digital systems and innovation projects, ensures business continuity, and oversees technology governance and compliance.

The Senior Archivist is responsible for the management of acquisition, preservation, care and management of processed and unprocessed special collection records and documents for the benefit of future purposes.
