The incumbent ensures that all payments are prepared correctly and promptly and to maintain documents related to payments in accordance with the Financial Administration and Audit (FAA) Act and NLJ guidelines.

The incumbent is responsible providing custodian, ancillary/customer support services to include cleaning and maintenance of the working environment and dispatching and retrieving mails/ correspondence.

The Senior Library Assistant provides paraprofessional support in the organization and dissemination of library resources and services to satisfy the information needs of users.

Directs and manages the documentation, organization, and access of Special Collections resources.
