The incumbent manages employee benefits, leave administration, and HR data systems, while overseeing health and safety programs, contributing to departmental planning, and supervising staff performance and policy development.

Reporting to the Administrator, the Records Officer is responsible for the management of the Agency’s records, through storage, archiving and retrieval, and for the maintenance of the Unit’s Computerized Documentation System.

The Project Officer will assist in the development of projects from identification through pre-feasibility, feasibility, design and the monitoring of projects during implementation.

The incumbent leads the development and reform of national disaster risk management policies and legislation, audits organizational plans for compliance, fosters strategic partnerships, and supports operational planning and resource mobilization.
