Under the direct supervision of the Director, Human Resource Management and Administration the Senior Public Procurement Officer researches information on prices and procures goods and services requested by the various Departments.

The Accounting Technician processes morning cash and commercial service collections, manages bank lodgements, reconciles shipping and billing accounts, and tracks stationery inventories and postal equipment movements.

The incumbent helps maintain the QMS and ISO standards, monitors postal operational performance and data quality, conducts audits, and supports supply chain efficiency and compliance initiatives.

Reporting to the Senior Programmer/Analyst, the Programmer/Analyst is responsible for providing technical support to design, implement and maintain software and web applications throughout the development life cycle.
