Reporting to the Senior Programmer/Analyst, the Programmer/Analyst (MIS/IT 5) is responsible for providing technical support to design, implement and maintain software and web applications throughout the development life cycle.

The Eastern Regional Coordinator (GMG/SEG 3) provides technical, administrative and management support to the Business and Regional Divisions with specific responsibility for the supervision of the Eastern Regional Managers.

The incumbent manages programming projects from design to implementation, develops and tests software applications, provides technical support and training, and oversees staff performance and development.
