The incumbent helps maintain the QMS and ISO standards, monitors postal operational performance and data quality, conducts audits, and supports supply chain efficiency and compliance initiatives.

Reporting to the Senior Programmer/Analyst, the Programmer/Analyst is responsible for providing technical support to design, implement and maintain software and web applications throughout the development life cycle.

The incumbent leads risk assessments and audit planning, oversees operational compliance and financial reviews, issues audit reports, and manages staff performance and development.
