Operates multi-line telephone system (My Unified Communication Solution) to answer incoming calls, directs callers to appropriate personnel or department; provide information/guidance to clients/visitors.

The incumbent manages the parish food safety programme, ensuring compliance with health policies and standards, in consultation with regional and senior public health officials.

Under the general supervision of the Director, Facilities, Operations & Maintenance the incumbent is responsible for ensuring the efficient provision of administrative and secretarial support services to the Director.

The incumbent supports maternal and child health by conducting antenatal/postnatal visits, providing care and screenings, promoting immunization and breastfeeding, and referring high-risk cases while maintaining records and equipment.

The incumbent will have the responsibility for organizing, implementing, controlling and maintaining the patient information system for the provision of optimum patient care.

Under the direction of the Hospital Administrator, the successful incumbent is expected to perform general works and repairs to plumbing, carpentry and masonry activities at the Hospital.
