The incumbent greets and registers hospital visitors, manages patient flow and waiting times, provides compassionate communication and support, handles inquiries and complaints, and coordinates with clinical and security staff.

The Midwife provides antenatal and postnatal care, conducts maternal and child welfare clinics, monitors patient health and immunizations, counsels families on nutrition, and manages clinical documentation and statutory health notifications.

The incumbent is responsible for mobilizing communities, working with existing groups, facilitating group formation, planning, implementing and evaluating Health Promotion/Education Programmes in an assigned geographical area.

The successful incumbent will be responsible for managing public health inspection services within a prescribed geographical area to ensure compliance with public health laws and regulations.

Under the direction of the Medical Imaging Practitioner the incumbent shall facilitate production of soft copies of radiographic images and their transmission. Maintain an efficient environment for production of the images.

The incumbent monitors child nutrition surveillance and feeding programmes, delivers therapeutic dietary counseling for chronic diseases, and plans nutrition education and training initiatives across health facilities.

Under the general supervision of the Accounting Technician, the incumbent is responsible for collection of fees and health insurance benefits from patients and for recording cash and completing the health insurance forms on a daily basis.

The incumbent will be responsible for assisting with the care and health education of mentally ill patients and their families in the hospital setting. The PNA also participates in mental health promotional activities within the hospital.

The Cashier under the supervision of the Accountant, has the responsibility for the collection of fees and health insurance benefits from patients and for recording cash and completing the health insurance forms on a daily basis.

The incumbent will be responsible for assisting with the hygienic, nutritional, elimination, psychological and psychosocial needs of the patient and share the responsibility for maintaining the cleanliness of the environment.
