The Butler provides bespoke experiences and services to fulfill all guest needs during pre-arrival, check-in, throughout the stay and upon departure, in partnership with other departments in the hotel operation.

The incumbent coordinates daily housekeeping activities by assigning rooms, tracking "Do Not Disturb" and discrepant status with the Front Desk, prioritizing rush rooms, completing paperwork, and liaising with other departments.

The incumbent delivers massage and body treatments, assesses guest contraindications, maintains clinical up-to-date techniques, prepares workstations, sells spa retail, ensures guest comfort, and manages inappropriate behavior per standard protocols.

The incumbent delivers personalized service by handling guest preferences, pre-arrival emails, and laundry requests, while coordinating with the front desk to prepare VIP rooms, check room keys, and escort arrivals to anticipate needs.

Supports the day-to-day execution of general ledger impacted processes, including support to clients. Performs accounting functions specifically in the areas of account balancing, ledger reconciliation, reporting and discrepancy resolution.

Supports all property operations, ensuring that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided. Manages the flow of questions and directs guests within the lobby. Supports the tracking and resolution of service issues.

The incumbent directs event management operations and strategy by overseeing planning and technology teams, maintaining high sanitation and inventory standards, and managing vendor relations to drive profitability and brand alignment.
