The incumbent coordinates daily housekeeping activities by assigning rooms, tracking "Do Not Disturb" and discrepant status with the Front Desk, prioritizing rush rooms, completing paperwork, and liaising with other departments.

The incumbent delivers personalized service by handling guest preferences, pre-arrival emails, and laundry requests, while coordinating with the front desk to prepare VIP rooms, check room keys, and escort arrivals to anticipate needs.
