The incumbent manages and monitors all Human Resource information systems and personnel records, gathering and evaluating data to recommend system improvements and enhance HR decision-making processes.

The role supports the Project Manager through administrative, financial, and logistical assistance, maintaining records, ensuring compliance, preparing reports, and liaising with implementing partners to support efficient project delivery.

The Project Technical Coordinator manages daily project operations, ensuring timely delivery of results, liaising with stakeholders, supporting policy development, and promoting Jamaica’s eMobility agenda alongside the Project eMobility Expert.

To assist in payments and disbursement of cheques, effecting payment on priority basis given the status of cash flow at the point in time.
