Park Manager - Resilience Park

Specific Knowledge, Qualification and Experience

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Management Studies/Operations Management / Hospitality Management, or equivalent from an accredited institution
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in managing a medium size tourism/ hospitality entity or similar operations;
• Knowledge of management practices and principles
• Sound knowledge of Real Estate Rental Practices in Jamaica
• Sound knowledge of marketing and financial management principles and techniques
• Sound knowledge of planning, budgeting and scheduling techniques
• Sound knowledge of customer service, hospitality and events management practices and principles
• Working knowledge of protocol and etiquette services
• Proven knowledge of the operating principles of property and project management
• Working knowledge of maintenance practices and procedures
• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety procedures
• Sound knowledge of relevant computer applications e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel
