Maintains property grounds through landscaping, planting, pruning, irrigation, and waste removal; operates equipment, follows safety protocols, and performs physical tasks to support team goals and seasonal upkeep.

 

CORE FUNCTIONS

  • Monitor and maintain property grounds for a pleasant appearance.
  • Clean, repair, and replace fountains, planters, and other features.
  • Install flowers, bulbs, grass, trees, and shrubs.
  • Maintain flower beds, baskets, and boxes (watering, weeding, trimming).
  • Replace and transplant trees, flowers, and shrubs.
  • Trim and prune trees and shrubs.
  • Edge and trim grass in areas mowers cannot reach.
  • Maintain lawns (mowing, edging, raking leaves, other upkeep).
  • Install, maintain, and operate irrigation systems.
  • Remove trash from exterior cans and bag for disposal.
  • Operate dump trucks, tractors, and utility vehicles for transport of materials and debris.
  • Wash, clean, and refuel all equipment after use.
  • Follow company safety and security policies; report hazards and complete training/certifications.
  • Maintain a clean, professional appearance and protect company assets.
  • Support team objectives and meet quality standards.
  • Inspect tools and equipment for defects.
  • Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and working on uneven surfaces.
  • Reach, bend, twist, pull, and stoop as required.
  • Perform snow and ice removal (if applicable).
  • Use manual dexterity, fine motor skills, and hand-eye coordination.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • License or Certification: Valid Driver’s License
