Senior Finance Manager

Specific Knowledge, Qualification and Experience

• ACCA/CPA Certification OR
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management or any other related discipline
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in financial accounting at a middle management or senior level with a medium or large organization
• Experience in implementing management control systems
• Working knowledge of Financial Systems – General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Financial Reporting
• Knowledge of computer applications with proficiency in Word and Excel
• Sound knowledge of management accounting systems, policies and procedures

Required Skills and Specialized Techniques

• Good customer service skills and awareness
• Ability to interpret financial statements and management reports
• Well-developed analytical, supervisory and personal/human relations skills
• Sound administrative and organizational skills
• Sound leadership skills
