The incumbent will be responsible for the execution of general administration/managerial functions associated with that of capital civil engineering works in the company.
Under the general direction of the Design Engineer, the incumbent will be responsible for producing of functional Designs, Estimates and Bills of Quantities for modifications to the Distribution Network.
The incumbent will be responsible for producing implementable Network Designs, Estimates and Bills of Quantities for delivering electricity to prospective customers by means of adding or modifying the Primary and or Secondary Distribution Network.
Under the guidance of the Chief Accountant, the incumbent is responsible for developing and implementing measures to efficiently and accurately prepare and submit monthly financial statements.
Leads and oversees independent and objective internal audit engagements focused on providing assurance and advisory services to enhance governance, risk management, and internal controls across financial, commercial, and technical operations
To ensure the operational efficiency of plant, equipment and systems, the development and implementation of programs to enhance service delivery and for establishing measures to monitor and improve the effectiveness of the Region’s operations.
To ensure compliance of the GWI’s policy systems and to make recommendations or improvement to existing policies and procedures aimed at securing the assets and improving its efficiency.
