The incumbent supports system operations by generating SCADA reports and maintaining the SCADA database and equipment at substations, requiring a field-based role and training in automation systems.
The incumbent is responsible for the backup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the automation system, provides technical support, analyzes performance data, assists with system upgrades, and ensures all procedures and safety standards are followed.
The incumbent manages and operates the power system to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient service, coordinating maintenance, planning, and dispatch activities across departments and shifts.
