Working as part of an active team led by the Marina Operations Manager, you will be responsible for delivering world-class fuel service to visiting vessels using our state-of-the-art in-slip and dispenser fuelling system.
The Assistant Maître D’ is directly responsible for the operation and supervision of an assigned restaurant on the ship, crew mess or room service, and assisting with operations in the main dining rooms and buffet.
