The incumbent plans and promotes guest activities while ensuring safety through constant supervision and emergency response. They manage equipment inventory, maintain facility cleanliness, and assist in coaching staff to uphold professional standards

The incumbent supervises team performance and grooming to ensure high service standards while managing facility operations, including opening/closing duties, inventory control via FIFO, and monitoring guest safety and maintenance needs.

Supports all property operations, ensuring that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided. Manages the flow of questions and directs guests within the lobby. Supports the tracking and resolution of service issues.

The incumbent directs event management operations and strategy by overseeing planning and technology teams, maintaining high sanitation and inventory standards, and managing vendor relations to drive profitability and brand alignment.

The incumbent manages large-scale event logistics and operations by coordinating room blocks, ensuring billing accuracy, and leading pre- and post-event meetings to deliver exceptional service, drive revenue up-selling, and resolve challenges.

The incumbent supervises kitchen staff in the preparation of nutritious meals according to standardized protocols, while maintaining high sanitary standards, managing equipment inventory, and ensuring timely food distribution to all service areas.

The incumbent manages housekeeping operations by establishing work standards, designing workflows, and inspecting facilities while ensuring strict compliance with health, safety, and infection control protocols to maintain service quality.
