The incumbent greets customers, manages queues, handles inquiries, verifies documents, promotes products, coordinates services, and maintains a clean reception area to support efficient, customer-focused banking operations.

The Administrator within Electronic Banking will report to the Supervisor and is responsible for providing a high level of customer service to each customer on matters relating to Butterfield Online and our ATM service channels.

Reporting to the the Assistant Vice President, Reconciliations this role manages an assigned portfolio of reconciliations, performs research, and works with other departments to resolve discrepancies when required.
