Under the general direction of the Payment Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for the preparation of Payment Vouchers and the maintenance of Registers for externally funded Agency projects and the Ministry.

The Compliance Officer is responsible for conducting reviews and investigations of the work carried out by Registered Electricians and Licensed Electrical Inspectors to ensure adherence to the governing Electrical Standards and Codes.

The incumbent enforces petroleum safety standards, conducts inspections and audits, investigates accidents, implements safety programs, analyzes industry data, updates protocols, and prepares reports to ensure compliance with regulations.

The incumbent leads the Government Electrical Regulator, overseeing licensing, registration, inspections, complaint investigations, and quality systems to ensure safe electrical installations and compliance with the Electricity Act and Regulations.

The Human Resource Information Systems Officer will be required to update and maintain an automated Personnel Records Management System and to provide support to the Human Resource Management and Development Branch.

To provide support within the Human Resource Branch, with particular emphasis on maintaining pension/retirement related records, pension matters, employee benefit programmes and assists with other administrative duties.

The incumbent manages industrial relations by developing strategies to prevent and resolve disputes, interpreting policies, handling grievances, coordinating disciplinary actions, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
