The incumbent provides advanced clinical consultations, manages nursing staff deployment, leads educational and research initiatives, and ensures high standards of patient care.

The incumbent coordinates specialized training programs, conducts clinical assessments and classroom teaching, develops curricula, and evaluates student performance island-wide.

The Infection Control Nurse leads institutional prevention programmes, provides clinical guidance, develops training and policies, and investigates disease outbreaks to ensure healthcare safety standards.

Under the direct supervision of the Oxygen Plant Supervisor, the Oxygen Plant Technician is responsible for the monitoring and management of the cylinder’s safety, handling and operations at all times.

The incumbent oversees daily plant operations, equipment maintenance, and quality control, ensures safety compliance, manages inventory, and supervises staff training and performance.

Under the direct supervision of the Oxygen Plant Supervisor, the Oxygen Plant Operator is responsible for safe, efficient and reliable operation, monitoring and basic maintenance of the hospital’s oxygen generation and distribution systems.
