We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving sales.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the company’s customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend tailored power system solutions.
  • Present, promote, and sell products and services using solid sales strategies. 
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and company objectives.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in sales, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Must own a reliable motor vehicle and be willing to travel island-wide.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A people-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Knowledge of solar energy or electrical solutions is a plus.
