Position Overview:
The Chief Risk Officer is responsible for providing executive leadership and oversight of the Bank’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, encompassing Credit Risk, Operational Risk, Compliance Risk, and Collections Management. The role ensures that risk management principles are fully integrated into strategic planning, operational execution, and governance processes.
The CRO serves as a key advisor to the Board of Directors and the Managing Director, providing strategic guidance on risk exposure, mitigation, remediation, and risk appetite alignment. The incumbent leads the Bank’s risk functions to ensure effective identification, monitoring, control, and reporting of risks across all business units.
