The Company is seeking a results-driven and innovative Commercial and Corporate Affairs Manager to lead and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives across domestic and export markets.
 

Principal Responsibilities

  • Drive growth in domestic and export markets by developing new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
  • Manage distributor performance and ensure KPI compliance.
  • Develop and implement sales, marketing, PR, and CSR initiatives to strengthen brand presence and market share.
  • Conduct market research and support new product development and consumer engagement activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
  • Oversee sales administration, contracts, and brand compliance standards.
  • Lead and develop team members to support business objectives.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.

 

Minimum Education and Experience

  • Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field with at least 5 years’ managerial marketing experience; or
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related professional qualification with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in sales and marketing within the food or beverage industry, including 3 years at the management level.
  • Ability to travel locally and overseas.

  • Sound knowledge of sales, branding, and market development
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • High level of professionalism and relationship management skills
