The National Solid Waste Management Authority (NSWMA) is inviting applications from suitably qualified individuals to fill the position of Customer Service Officer within the Administration Department.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet and direct visitors and callers professionally.
  • Record and track customer complaints and queries for follow-up.
  • Maintain logs and prepare routine reports.
  • Assist with correspondence, cheque disbursement, and other administrative duties.
  • Content Creation & Event Coordination

 

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Associate Degree in Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least two (2) years’ experience in customer service or administrative support.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
