The National Solid Waste Management Authority (NSWMA) is inviting applications from suitably qualified individuals to fill the position of Public Relations Officer within the Public Relations & Communications Department.

 

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field from a recognized tertiary institution.
  • At least three (3) years’ experience in communications, public relations, or media management.
  • Strong understanding of public education, media relations, and crisis communication principles.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital media management, content creation, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
  • A valid Driver’s License and reliable motor vehicle are required.
