The National Solid Waste Management Authority (NSWMA) is inviting applications from suitably qualified individuals to fill the position of Parks Administrator within the Parks & Gardens Department

 

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent field from a recognized tertiary institution.
  • At least three (3) years’ experience in a similar position involving human resource or administrative management.
  • Strong knowledge of Labour Laws and Industrial Relations Practices.
  • Familiarity with Project Management and Procurement Procedures.
  • Computer literacy with sound knowledge in Microsoft Word/Excel.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Good planning and negotiating skills.
  • A valid Driver’s License and reliable motor vehicle are required.
