To provide support services to the Compassionate Fund which sits in the Health Service Planning and Integration Branch.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

  • Entering of the information from applications to the Compassionate Fund into the database
  • Updating and Monitoring of the Database of Compassionate Fund Applications
  • Provides data to the administrator for the evaluation of the business processes to determine average time periods of each and points of delay
  • Prepare monthly data sheets to be actively used in the Compassionate Fund meetings
  • Provide data regarding outstanding payments due to Suppliers/Contractors
  • Provide data to Administrator for timely compiling of reports
  • To assist in communication with applicants, relatives and other stakeholders
  • Any other duties assigned from time to time

 

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum entry requirements to the civil service
  • One year as a Data Entry Operator
