Ensure staff teamwork, service quality, safety, and organization while assisting management in hiring, training, and operations, maintaining professional standards, and performing physical tasks as needed.

 

CORE FUNCTIONS

  • Ensure staff teamwork for optimal service and guest satisfaction.
  • Inspect staff grooming and attire, addressing deficiencies.
  • Complete opening/closing duties, including setup, cleaning, and security.
  • Inspect storage for organization, FIFO usage, and cleanliness.
  • Conduct inventories, stock, and requisition supplies.
  • Monitor dining rooms for seating, service, safety, and guest well-being.
  • Submit maintenance repair work orders.
  • Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating employees.
  • Serve as a role model and first contact for workplace concerns.
  • Follow safety and security policies; report accidents and unsafe conditions.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and protect company assets.
  • Greet guests per company standards and assist with special needs.
  • Communicate professionally and build positive team relationships.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and identify efficiency improvements.
  • Read and verify information in various formats.
  • Inspect tools and equipment for defects.
  • Perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and reaching.
  • Move through tight spaces, climb stairs, and navigate service ramps.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
  • Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • License or Certification: None
