Graduate Talent Programme

Do you have a bachelor’s degree or practical work experience?

From day one, our 18-month rotational programme will see you working closely with experienced professionals in a collaborative and inclusive environment as a valued member of the team.

What we offer:

• During the structured programme, you will get first-hand practical experience, build technical knowledge and gain a deeper understanding of key business areas with placements in banking, investments, trust, compliance and risk management.
• With the support of an assigned mentor and a personal development plan, you will have an opportunity to work on meaningful projects, engage with clients, attend industry conferences and begin an industry accredited qualification.
• The full-time programme, with a competitive salary and benefits, starts in September 2026 and is aimed at helping you to launch your career in financial services and grow into more senior roles at Butterfield.
